With rising environmental regulations, the manufacture of p-chlorobenzoic acid must balance high yield with low emissions. Traditional oxidation methods release significant VOCs and HCl, increasing compliance costs for chemical producers.
Our proprietary integrated catalytic oxidation and tail-gas absorption system converts over 99 % of HCl while reducing VOC emissions by 80 %. Reaction temperatures of 130–150 °C and optimized oxygen feed maintain reaction selectivity above 95 %.
